Enrolling at Nativity of Mary School

To enroll your child in Nativity of Mary School, the first step is to contact our office for registration materials. We require a completed application form along with a $100 registration fee. (This fee is refundable only if the class is filled and you do not wish to remain on our waiting list.).

For the 2009-2010 school year, we begin accepting applications for kindergarten at Kindergarten Round-Up in February 17, 2009. Applications for grades 1-8 may be turned in at any time. All applications are due February 27, 2009. Those received later will be processed as space is available. Families will be notified of enrollment status after March 10). (Current school families register their grade 1-8 students during in-school registration in February.)

Priorities are as follows:

1. All students currently attending the school.
2. New students who currently have siblings in the school.
3. New students who formerly had siblings in the school.
4. New students who are members of the Nativity of Mary Catholic Church.
5. New students who are members of other Catholic parishes.
6. New students who are children of Nativity of Mary School alumni.
7. Students applying for transfer to the school who are non-Catholics.
8. Early entrants (children who are not 5 years of age by September 1) will be considered after all 5-year-old applicants have been accepted into a kindergarten classroom first.

Grades K - 8 Current families
$3,695.00

Grades K-8 New families
$3,195.00

Tuition may be paid annually or monthly. An estimate of tuition for 2009-2010 will be available by Kindergarten Round-Up in February.

Financial Assistance

Tuition assistance is available from Nativity of Mary Church for qualifying parish members. To apply, families must complete a Financial Aid Independent Review (FAIR) by April 15. Contact the parish office at (952) 881-8671 for details. Members of other churches should check with their home parishes to see what financial aid they may have to offer.

Nativity of Mary School also provides some aid to qualifying students. Interested families should apply through the school office by September 15. They must also first complete the FAIR evaluation through the parish office.
