VIRTUS training is designed for adults who work with children, and provides information about creating an environment in which children are safe from harm.
As required by the Archdiocese of St. Paul & Minneapolis, adult volunteers need to complete this training before volunteering in the school. This includes (but is not limited to) room parents and other volunteers in classrooms, cafeteria, recess, library, and field trips.
Sessions are held throughout the year at the school. If there isn't a session at the school you can register for a session at Virtus.org. and will need to provide documentation of attendance to the school office.
Each person must register at Virtus.org and create a unique username and password. Please call Carol Oldowski in the parish office (952-881-1451 x320) if you have questions about this process or do not have internet access.
