Christmas
Around the World Computer Project
For
this project you will use the information you collect for your classroom
Christmas project along with additional info and images to create a PowerPoint
presentation.
Project requirements:
Your presentation must
contain at least 6 slides. Your title slide counts, but "the end" slides and slides with only pictures do not.
You must have at least one
slide on:
Food
Traditions
Differences in how Christmas
is celebrated in America and in your country
The rest of the slides can be
your choice.
Your
presentation must contain at least 10 images
Your
presentation must contain navigation buttons for use on a Smart Board. You
should be able to navigate back and forth on each slide.
Tips:
Animations and transitions are good, but don't over-do it. (animations that are obnoxious or take too long to run should
be avoided)
The appearance of your presentation counts. Make it look nice.
Don't plagiarize the work of others. Use your own words.
Don't use small images that look blurry in PowerPoint.
Make sure that you spell check and proofread your slides before
turning the project in.
We will turn in our completed Powerpoints
at the beginning of class on December 9th and 12th.
