The Bloomington parishes; Church of St. Edward's, Nativity of Mary, and Saint Bonaventure, are excited to be hosting an event with Jason Evert! The event is called Purified and includes a talk from Jason, adoration with praise and worship, and the opportunity for confession. It is being held at the Church of St. Edward's from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 3rd.
The event is appropriate for ages 13 and up and centers on the Catholic understanding of authentic human love, dating and relationships. He also covers important topics affecting our youth and families in our current culture. He paints a positive picture of human love and marriage that our youth are hungering for.

We encourage parents or grandparents to attend with their teenager or young adult, but it's open to everyone even if an adult isn't able to attend. The event is also helpful for parents of children younger than 13 so they can prepare themselves for parenting through the teenage years
