This life-changing course teaches us how to better understand the movements of the soul, those that draw us closer to God and those that pull us away, and how to respond with clarity and courage.

This course will be led by Jane Montoya, a Secular Carmelite. She holds a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Theology from Ave Maria University and is a certified Spiritual Director through the Cenacle School of Spiritual Direction at Our Lady of Divine Providence. Jane has been trained by Fr. Timothy Gallagher, OMV, to teach St. Ignatius’ Rules of Discernment.
